The Bargaining Committee has concluded three additional days of collective bargaining with the Company. We are pleased to report that discussions remain productive and continue to move in the right direction.
Upcoming Schedule
We currently have three additional bargaining dates scheduled for mid-July to continue our discussions.
We recognize that these dates fall after the expiry of the current collective agreement on June 22, 2026. However, please be assured that the Canada Labour Code requires that all provisions of the current agreement—including wages and benefits—remain in full force and effect until a new collective agreement is ratified.
Confidentiality & Support
While the committee continues to work diligently on your behalf, bargaining discussions must remain confidential at this stage. Specific details cannot yet be shared, but we appreciate your continued support and patience throughout this process.
