Following a series of in-person and virtual ratification meetings held today, Unifor Local 2002 is pleased to announce that Flight Attendants at Perimeter Aviation have voted in favour of a new three-year collective agreement.
"Our members have ratified a strong agreement that delivers meaningful gains and supports improved work-life balance," said Unifor Local 2002 President Tammy Moore. "Flight attendants are the face of safety and customer service on every flight, and this new contract reflects the value of their work. The language within this contract represents meaningful progress and recognizes the contributions our members make to Perimeter Aviation each and every day."
Highlights of the new agreement include:
- Significant wage increases over the term of the agreement (retroactive to date of expiry)
- Per diem and Premium increases
- 1AB language for revenue flights
- Improvements in scheduling language
- Increase understanding and awareness of the current CBA language
- Access to monthly master schedule
- Enhanced language for uninterrupted rest period
This new agreement will remain in effect until midnight on June 22, 2029.
