As you know, we held our second round of negotiations with Propair from November 17 to 19, and we achieved significant progress on several of our proposals.
During the first meeting, we focused mainly on definitions, language, and various clarifications in the draft collective agreement. Afterwards, we were able to move forward on more substantive topics. At this stage, no monetary items have been discussed yet, such as premiums, wages, or benefits.
We wanted to keep you informed of the progress made so far. Our next negotiation dates are scheduled for December 1 to 3. There are still a few issues to resolve before officially opening monetary discussions, and we hope to move forward as quickly as possible.
