Propair Members: Zoom Meetings on March 24, 2022, and A second vote on the Employer's Final Offer

As communicated on March 18, 2022,  the employer's final offer was not accepted by the majority of the Propair membership.  Unifor still has a valid strike mandate that can be exercised in a timely manner. In addition, your bargaining committee has been informed that the employer has issued an internal communication to the members to clarify certain aspects of their latest offer.

In our opinion, for our members to be adequately informed about the employer’s final offer, it is imperative that members attend one of the virtual meetings which are scheduled for Thursday, March 24.   

Zoom Meetings – Thursday, March 24, 2022
The bargaining committee will be present on these Zoom calls to review the details of the final offer and to answer any of your questions, so you can make an informed decision when you cast your vote.

We strongly encourage you to inform as many colleagues as possible of these meetings and encourage them to attend. 

Members are strongly encouraged to attend one of these important meetings via Zoom. Details regarding the Zoom meetings will be emailed to members' personal accounts no later than March 23, 2022.  E- Vote
Members attending these meetings will have the opportunity to subsequently vote on the acceptance or rejection of this offer proposed by the employer on March 11, 2022.  The information required to vote will be sent to all members on the day of the meetings.
