It’s time to start collective bargaining. The current Swissport Montreal collective agreement is set to expire on
April 1st, 2022. To ensure your voices get heard and our Union collective agreement reflects your priorities, we need your participation. The bargaining committee has created an online bargaining survey via Survey Monkey for members to complete by
April 20th, 2022.
MAKE YOUR VOICE COUNT:
Survey information collected will be used to identify key concerns and bargaining priorities, which we will present to the Company at the bargaining table. We ask that all members take 10 minutes to complete the online survey and ensure that we address your bargaining priorities and workplace concerns. The information you provide will remain confidential.
The Unifor bargaining committee will be meeting at the end of the month to tabulate the results of the surveys and prepare bargaining proposals. Additionally, Unifor will be scheduling proposal meetings after the surveys have been reviewed so that members can vote on them. We currently do not have any bargaining dates scheduled with the company; however, we will communicate with the membership once those dates are confirmed.
The deadline for completing the survey is April 20th, 2022.
