As you know, the Swissport (Montreal) Collective Agreement expires on
June 30, 2024. In preparation for the upcoming round of negotiations, your Unifor bargaining committee needs your input on key bargaining issues.
To gather your feedback and ensure your voices get heard, we have prepared a Bargaining survey via Survey Monkey for members to complete by
June 3, 2024.
MAKE YOUR VOICE COUNT:
Survey information collected will be used to identify key concerns and bargaining priorities, which we will present to the Company at the bargaining table. We ask that all members take 10 minutes to complete the online survey and ensure that we address your bargaining priorities and workplace concerns. The information you provide will remain confidential.
Additionally, Unifor will schedule proposal meetings after the surveys have been reviewed so that members can vote on them. We currently do not have any bargaining dates scheduled with the company; however, we will communicate with the membership once those dates are confirmed.
