D313 Message

Thank you everyone for your continued professionalism throughout this process. Please continue to uphold our collective agreement.

Bargaining Update

We met with the company over 3 days, where we had hoped to be able to conclude non-monetary discussions and move on to the monetary. Unfortunately, there are still many areas of concern on language that would impact the working conditions for us all.

The company and the union are still not in agreement on the proposed language, and have agreed we will take them into our monetary proposals.

We look forward to our next meeting dates as they quickly approach.

Grievances

There are number of outstanding grievances waiting to be heard, we were able to close off a handful of them. We would proudly like to report a 100% upheld rate in the presented grievances at the step 2 level.

Thank you everyone for your contribution to maintaining the integrity of our CBA.
