As we have previously communicated on September 14
th, the Bargaining Committee and the Company met on September 27, to discuss the rejection of the latest tentative agreement. A conciliator was appointed on September 13
th, to assist both parties to explore potential solutions and attempt to bring about a negotiated settlement.
This week the conciliator met with both parties and the following dates have been confirmed for the Union and Company to meet in Toronto on
November 2 to 4, 2022 and on November 29th to December 4. Bringing in a neutral third party may help the parties to find common ground.
