Jazz CSA/ACS Members: Bargaining Update - Negotiations Open

Jazz CSA/ACS Members: Bargaining Update - Negotiations Open

May 6, 2022 at 11:51 AM

On May 5, 2022, negotiations officially opened between Unifor Local 2002 and Jazz Aviation L.P.  Present at this opening of round of negotiations were your elected bargaining committee and Tammy Moore, President of Unifor Local 2002.  The bargaining committee made it clear to the Employer that wages are the top priority in these negotiations. We remain optimistic that a wage settlement can be reached that reflects the value and importance of our work and does not leave our members behind.

What is Next:
Negotiations will resume in Toronto the week of June 6 -10, and August 15-19, 2022. Please remember that while it is your committee’s objective to keep the membership informed, specific details on proposals cannot be discussed outside negotiations, we strongly advise the membership not to assume any outcome of the bargaining process.  The bargaining committee remains committed to working to achieve a fair and equitable collective agreement for the membership.

The bargaining committee will keep the membership updated via the Unifor 2002 website (unifor2002.org), and also via email communications. If you have not already done so, please subscribe to this service via the following link.   Please do not hesitate to contact the undersigned below should you have any questions or concerns.
